Membership is from January 1 through December 31 and is not pro-rated.

  • Individual Membership

    100$
    Any individual interested and supportive of the purposes of the Alliance.
    Valid for 12 months

  • Affiliate Membership

    300$
    A dialysis or kidney-related non-provider, such as a trade or patient organization. The qualifications for such members shall be reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors.
    Valid for 12 months

  • Facility Voting Membership

    600$
    Any Dialysis Facility licensed by the State of California.
    Valid for 12 months

  • Corporate Membership

    1,000$
    Any person, partnership or duly existing and qualified corporation with 20 or more employees, manufacturing, renting/selling equipment or providing services to kidney disease treatment centers.
    Valid for 12 months

Membership is from January 1 through December 31 and is not pro-rated. If you join throughout the year, you will receive a renewal invoice in time for a January 1 renewal. Please contact the CKCA with membership questions at info@ckca.org or 714-632-8379.
