Membership

Becoming a California Kidney Care Alliance member is the single best way to:

  • Stay abreast of what’s happening in the ever-changing ESRD community.

  • Participate in the legislative and regulatory process impacting dialysis facilities, patients, nephrologists, and broader health care system.

  • Develop and expand peer network among knowledgeable colleagues. 

  • Grow professional development skills within the renal community by engaging in CKCA sponsored opportunities.

  • Support the mission of the California Kidney Care Alliance.

Membership Levels

 

Facility Voting Member

  • Any Dialysis Facility licensed by the State of California. 

  • $600 Annually


Individual Member

  • Any individual interested and supportive of the purposes of the Alliance. ** 

  • $100 Annually

Affiliate Member

  • A dialysis or kidney-related non-provider, such as a trade or patient organization. The qualifications for such members shall be reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors. 

  • $300 Annually


Corporate Member

  • Any person, partnership or duly existing and qualified corporations with more than 20 employees, manufacturing, renting or selling equipment or providing services used by kidney disease treatment centers.

  • Corporate Members are not entitled to hold office or vote.

  • $1000 Annually

The CKCA membership year is from January 1st to December 31st. 


** Individual Membership cannot be a substitute for other membership categories, i.e. if an individual is affiliated with a dialysis facility or corporation, that entity must also be a CKCA member.
